I've got a grip-load of .22's and lately I've ONLY used Federal bulk pack stuff. Either the brown box of copper-plated hollow-points that come 550 to a pack, or the white box of lead solids that come 350 to a box (AKA auto match) work great. The Federal just runs great through everything semi-auto that I have in .22.

Everything else just gives issues. Sure, some guns eat other stuff just fine, but everything I have eats the federals without issue. Rather than save remingtons for some guns, and winchesters for others, I just use Federal and have no issue.

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

The problem with sometypes of ammo is the stick in the magazine and don't point up enough, so the get stuck on the feed ramp. Especially Winchester or any leadnose bullets. Federal value pack is your best bet
