Try CDNN. Last week they were like $13.95 for the 10 round and $11.95 for the 7 round mags if I remember right.

I was also about to buy the 3x9x32 scope at Big5for $50. I seen another scope at the Big 5 in San Leandro for $45. But I found one on amazon for even cheaper: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...A5ZZHX3VH1XKGE

I can save about $10 bucks! It's got 4.5 stars on Amazon.

How much is a box of .22LR ammo at Walmart? I searched some forums, they were 15.99 2-3 years ago. Are they the same price?
Right now they got a sale online: Blazer 5000 rds for $160 free shipping. Which ends up being like $16 bucks a box. Good deal?
go to ebay and look for barska scopes, I got one for 29.95 shipped from huntinggear. Check this out:

Damn democrats are turning me into a republican.

I'm readi g the specs on this one and it seems fine for doing a football field. But what happens when you wanna go out to 125/150 yards with a .22 WMR? Does it just not work? Not enough elevation compensation (or wetf the correct term is)?.....

It has elevation and windage adjustment if that's what you're asking. I've set mine @50 yards and very accurate at that and holds the setting pretty good.

I don't believe you can shoot .22 mag through a marlin795 only .22lr, magnum rounds aren't the exact same diameter

In my little collections of 10ish guns, the 795's mags are the Worst to load by far. I hate reloading the mag to this rifle. It's the worst part about the rifle, coming in second are the iron sights. Other than that I love this thing.

Anyone know who has the best price on magazines right now? Midway has them but they are almost $30 each.

This thread will hopefully never die, it's an awesome little rifle

              Well the 795 is a .22lr not .22 wmr
I honestly dont know, I need a scope myself for this awesome little rifle because those little irons just need a little help hehe.

Oh yeah, it seemed strange someone with senior member under his handle wouldnt know the difference between .22lr and. 22wmr Do you know if they make semi auto .22wmr rifles or only bolt action?

Why'd you get a 3x9x32 when the other guy posted a 3x9x40 for only 29.99?!

Was it cuz of the reviews on amazon?

The 3x9x40 will fit the Marlin 795 right?

Did any of you know that Barska Corp is right here in So Cal? In Duarte? 909-445-8168? If you call there for Ebay info, punch in extension 141......

(whoopsies, slight edit----they're actually in La Verne now, near the 10 and the 57 freeways. And yes, you can buy from Ebay and then e-mail a conf number to this gal at Barska and she'll letcha pick up your scope at their warehouse. So you can save on both some time and some shipping costs if you're so inclined.......

well with shipping and tax on that one it would of come out to similar or more than the amazon one, plus it doesnt look like it comes with rings. no biggie though

either way, if I spent +-15 too much or less on a scope it still doesn't really faze me considering the bargain on the rifle itself

Sorry for being such a complete noob. What are the rings for? I thought I just buy a scope and then slide it on the mount?

Because of the very wide variety of scopes and rifles, rings make the connection between the scope
and rifle much easer. In this case I have a DIProducts scope base with Leupold QRW rings.
