What do I have?

1987 54 MS single shot.

Well, definitely not a .30 and obviously a 54 action.

Beyond that I don't know either and I don't know if there is much reason to care.

Do you have the full competition trigger that adjusts down to a couple ounces or the sporter trigger that is over a pound for safer hunting?

I guess that rifle was made/marketed for offhand silhouette shooting but I'm not sure.

It is currently set at 2oz. Too light for me.
