Walther UZI 22.. transferable?

Can anyone confirm whether this gun is or is not transferable?

I read this thread debating it and I am having the same debate with an FFL who feels the folding stock makes it a no go.

Walther's site lists it as CA restricted to a 10 round mag and Budsgunshop sells them in the CA section as well. I know better than to assume...but you could assume with some confidence if it wasn't transferable neither Walther or a seller would be stating that they are.

It would be legal if it has an OAL of 26". As it was posted in that other thread there seems to be a bit of a question about that.

You'll need to be sure that the OAL is 26" in the shortest firing position and that your favorite LGS will receive and transfer it to you.

You're fine. Even collapsed it's still 26.1"
