I traded a used pocketknife for my first Nylon 66---it had shot about a million rds without cleaning---I took it apart a cleaned it---a nightmare of small parts and springs---somehow got it back together and it functioned well. Some years later, a good friend asked to buy the little rifle as he was moving to Texas and the very lightweight Nylon 66 was the only rifle his wife could shoot as she had a shoulder injury from a car crash that left her with very little upper-arm strength. I reluctantly sold him the 66 and last I heard it's still killing critters in Texas. I wanted another Nylon 66, but the prices were thru the roof! Then I was approached by an older gentleman at our club range who was selling some of his vast collection that included a minty Mohawk brown 66 for a fair price---It ain't goin' nowhere---shoots like a champ and light enough for even the smallest girl to hold up and learn to shoot...Comment
