Do these rifles come with a lock, or will I need to buy one?

Any firearms purchased will require a lock, hand guns come with them in my experience, while you have to buy it for everything else, including lowers. You can bring one, or buy one at the store/FFL you are working with.

I thought all new firearms had to come with locks?

If you have a safe you don't need to have a lock for long guns. Just fill out the affidavit that you have a safe and you'll be okay.

picked one up in chino hills this morning. waited about an hour in line to checkout, shorter than i expected to be honest.

the front page of the flyer implies that the sale is for the duration of the sale, but the cutout from the add they stapled on my DROS said it was the price for 11-24-17 only.

I want that Buckmark but we don't have a Turners here, yet.

I was tempted but buying a gun at Turners goes like this:

1. Stand in line to get in.
2. Stand in line or take a number and wait for the gun counter.
3. DROS then wait for clerk to find manager to approve your DROS
4. Stand in line in regular checkout to pay for your gun.
5. Wait again to give gun counter your paperwork.

Rinse and repeat on pickup. My time is more valuable than a $100 discount for that process. Sorry Turners, your process blows.

I got one at the Covina store, I showed up about 10am,there was a line to get in the store. It took about an hour to get to the gun counter, 20 minutes to do the paperwork, and another 30 minutes to get to the cashier and out the door.
The salesman that helped me said there was still plenty left, the guy in line behind me bought a 10/22 and a Buckmark.
They were out of the Anderson stripped lowers , I was going to get one of those for one DROS.
By the time I left (almost noon) there was no line to get into the store.

Weird because even on the email that says "Black Friday Specials" the bottom line says prices effective through Dec 31st.

The Turners in Fountain Valley had several still in stock this morning. All prices in the flyer are good until December 31st. including the Black Friday deals. They also had a lot of 10/22 magazines in stock for $12.98.
