AR-7.com Replacement Barrels: Solid, Or Shady?

Hey all;

I really love my AR-7, but I want to get a sturdier, all-steel barrel for it that will still fit inside the stock. There's an outfit called AR-7.com that apparently makes them, but there's not much information about them out there and the little I've found is mixed in opinions. I had a friend buy some parts from them and he received them in a reasonable time if that means anything to you. As far as quality, he didn't buy a barrel so I would not know.

I thought the AR7 came with a steel tapered barrel.
