Geissele trigger with 22lr not a good match! The Geissele trigger can and will fire out of battery. Also not good with ar9mm's
I like trigger tech or gold better 😎

I have an SSA and an SSA-E, which I like.

I love the CMC 3.5's especially the with Lantac triggers. I have a Flat, Curved, and Lantac Flat and Curved.

10/22, or step up and get Kidd 10/22

Just get a 10/22 and thank us later.
Wish I was rich instead of so damn good looking.

so, beating this dead horse over here...

The first semiauto 22lr anyone should buy in my book is a 10/22. there are a dozen different options for your future 10/22, any one will do just fine.

My first semiauto was a Marlin 60 and I love that gun too, but if I did it over again I would start with the 10/22. I never shoot my marlin anymore because my 10/22s are more range friendly with removable magazines.....

10/22, or a clone like the Magnum Research or Kidd versions if you want something really nice.

The Sig 522 is great. Reliable, actual aluminum receiver, folding and telescoping stock at least on my version, decent stick mags and drums, trigger that needs nothing (IMHO). I like the trigger the way it is. Recently heard it was discontinued though, but someone posted that Big5 still has some for the clearance price - might still find some in-store or via their database to transfer to your store. IIRC they were under $400. I think I had to search to find one back when I bought mine, but they had one in Folsom Big5.
