I bought the 50th Anniversary model a couple months ago. It shoots just as good if not better then the 10/22 I have. The wood on mine is second to none, very impressive.

Really the only plus for me is that I don't forget the mags at home. There's nothing like packing up the truck for a few days camping on BLM land and forgetting mags.

Be sure to get in line early. I got a SS model from them 3 or 4 years ago on Black Friday. I got there at 4:00 in the morning.
