I have a Redfield Revolution 2-7x33 on mine. Works great. About $175

Mueller Eraticator. The reticle is 1/16 MOA, you can fit it into .22 bullet holes if you are steady enough.

      It's not PTSD, it's nostalgia.

Using the BSA Sweet 22 scope on the 10/22, what size rings are you all running? I'm considering removing the scope on my Marlin and making that a dedicated LTR, while the 10/22 will have glass instead.

I have a Leupold 2x7 rim fire. It's perfect even 100 yards. Running a older 10/22 with full stainless bull barrel and break.

I use a 3-9x40 in a detachable mount for my takedown. Has worked well so far.

I thought my Nikon Prosatff Rimfire II 3-9x40 BDC was good until I got a Nikon Prostaff 5 2.5-10x40 BDC. The clarify and brightness is amazing. Nothing beats it in its price range, I dare say.

                10/22 scopes

I started with a Simmons 3-9x32. It was fine for 25 yards or so. However,
                I like power.

Ended up putting Bushnell Elite 4200 8-32x40's on one of mine & my daughters rifles. The third wears a Burris 8-32x44 RA scope. Without checking, I believe they all focus down to 10 yards. Love the power & 8x is plenty low for the shooting we do.

Weaver Rimfire. I don't like big scopes on small rifles like the 10/22.

I like the Nikon scopes. Part of that is due to years of using high end Nikon microscopes at work. And higher end Nikon cameras/lenses.

I went with a Leupold VXII Ultra light 2-7X. I think 2-7X is perfect for the 10/22, but the main thing is finding a scope that isn't too long or heavy IMHO.
sigpicC'mon man, shouldn't we ban Democracks from Cal-Guns? Or at least send them to re-education camps.

Got one these on Amazon: http://www.presmainc.com/products/details/100036
I put on a .22LR CZ 455 Trainer and was so happy with it that I got another one for my .223 Rem CZ 527 Carbine.

Great scope that you can use is the SWFA SS line, some focus down to 10 yards and are 50 cal ready.

I have Mueller 8-32x44 target dot scopes on my bench rifles and love them. Not so good on a hunting rifle.

                              Here is the link.

Look on SWFA sample list and when they come up like new in box on the "Sample List", you'l be happy.

                              Got mine for 499

Again 50 cal rated, 6 meters to infinity.

                              Test of this scope.

It was made to really perform, no other scope for this money with this feature set..

                                2-7.
Anything bigger than 3-9 is too much scope for a kid 10/22
All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.
