Well, I recently sold off a couple of guns I wasn't using to fund some new toys to play with when visiting the Grandkids. All three want something different so Grandpa indulged them a little. Top to Bottom: GSG-522, S&W M&P 15-22 "Muddy Girl" camo, S&W M&P 15-22 "Real Tree" camo. They don't know I got them yet. I think there's going to be some happy faces on the next range trip.

Grandpa you did well for them. Mine has to share a Marlin M-60.

The granddaughter loves the "Muddy Girl" camo. Her Crickett has that pattern. The youngest loves all camo that isn't pink. His Crickett has the "Real Tree" camo stock. The oldest likes basic black. He had the choice between an M&P 15-22 or the GSG-522. He chose the GSG. His comment, along with a sly grin, "Grandpa, you already have the 15-22 in black, why would 'we' need another?" He's 12 and taking college level computer courses already. He's no dummy.

Awesome! 15-22s are fantastic rifles. One of my favorite to shoot as more affordable than AR and approximates the AR platform & no bullet button needed. For kids, it's gonna be heaven.

I'm working on building a legacy with my Grandkids to last them a lifetime. My Granddaughter loves the "Muddy Girl" camouflage pattern. At 10 she has a good start:

I'm thinking about this for her next one, a Ruger SR-22



My youngest Grandson has a similar collection in Real Tree camouflage. The oldest likes his in tactical black.

Thanks. I basically have what I want or need, so I figured I'd start working on stuff for them while I can enjoy it with them.

I do think I might need another safe soon.

Well done Grandpa! The rifles are great, even better though, the thought and time spent with them. That will stay with them throughout their lives.
