Don't know of anyone with it but it shouldn't be too hard to get.

Seeing as it's a rimfire rifle no need to worry about AW laws.

You do still need to comply with other CA laws. And, in CA the OAL must not be less than 26" if you can fire it in that condition.

Looking at the mfg website it looks like the OAL with the stock collapsed is only 22.7" and from the looks of it the gun will fire with the stock collapsed.

So, you would need to do one of 3 things. Extend the barrel by 3.3", pin the stock so it won't collapse or figure a way to stop the stock from collapsing all the way; you know by 3.3".

You would also have to have the magazines blocked to hold no more than 10 rounds.
