I have the Vortex Razor HD Gen II 1-6 and Viper PST 2.5-10 FFP MRAD.

Vortex has the best customer service IMHO which was a deciding factor for me.

We set a DD a few weeks ago with the new Burris XTRII 2.5-10x42mm and it looked great on the rifle. The scope was not to big and gave a good amount of power. The Bushnell 3.5-21x50mm have been very popular for rifles like the DD.

We sale a lot of scopes so if we can be of help let us know.

I realize the OP has already purchased a scope, but for those still reading in here for general info I'd suggest taking a look at the Bushnell 3-12X44 Elite Tactical with G2DMR reticle. I've run one of these on ab SPR build for a few years now, shooting 75/77 grain BTHP's mostly out to 450-650 yards and occasionally out to 800 yards. IMHO, the G2DMR reticle is perfect for running a semi auto at a distance. The mil based holdover reticle allows for very precise first round hits when used in conjunction with a good ballistics calculator, as well as instant corrections for missed shots due to wind or minor miscalculations. If you search online, they can be found for around $740:

For the model they are discontinuing, SWFA and EuroOptic has them $600-650, a great scope for $1,300-$1,400.

I saw that as well... $1350 is an incredible price for such a phenomenal scope. People should jump on it!

I own a Leupold MK6 3-18x on my AR, my AR is 308 but you get the point. The Mk6 fit the bill for me for a few reasons.

                  1. Light, the scope is very light and thats what I need on my pig of a rifle.
                  2. Great glass; the glass was on par with my Vortex 1-6 which I thought had excellent optical qualities.
                  3. Compact, as I didn't want the hubble telescope on top of my AR as I think they look dumb.
                  4. Trusted name in game; Leupold has been at the scope game for a long time and if anything were to go wrong I will bet that Leupold would be around for some time to come and that was comforting.

That being said I loved my Vortex 1-6 HD2 and am interested in their 3-18x and 4.5-27x scopes in the future. From what I hear Vortex has an outstanding warranty program with customer service experience on par.
