Im looking for a nice quality mount and red dot that will work on the Saiga's side rail.

K-Var introduced a new mount which is the model SM-13 here: http://www.k-var.com/shop/SM-13.html

I have one and it's excellent. I also have the older model (KV-04S) and I like the SM-13 much better. It provides more rail space, is very lightweight, and looks great.

The Primary Arms sight does look pretty tantalizing. I'm using a Redfield Counterstrike now that I'm reasonably happy with. The quality is what you would expect for $180/made in China. I would love the magnification of the PA sight.
