Saiga 7.62x39 side mount and red dot recommendations needed

Im looking for a nice quality mount and red dot that will work on the Saiga's side rail.

I don't need the best red dot out there but i would like to get something that is durable and will hold zero, i would however like to get the best mount that can be recommended since i may put heavier optics on later down the road.

Any recommendations and advice is much appreciated.

Ultimak railed gas tube is your best bet. Lots of cheap RDS available, Vortex, Primary Arms, Bushnell and theres a few more

There is a 1-6xACSS 7.62x39 coming I tested it the other day and can tell you its amazing at 1x it s just as fast as any red dot at 6x getting groups at 300-400-500 yards its a giant leap forward for the AK platform and any 7.62x39 rifle.
If your set on a red dot check out our PA dots.

It works good on just about anything from MI to Utg mounts. It will not work on Ultimak look at the PA dots for that.

Maybe a 2.5 or 4 but personally preferred the 1-6x scopes because it gives you the best of both worlds in 1x it has a huge field of view allowing you to use it like a red dot at 6x its very accurate. I was shooting Golden tiger and could hit 500 yards fairly easy!
We are learning a lot from our testing and Mythbusting subjects like AK accuracy. AK irons are crude and not very accurate but when an ACSS is mounted it becomes a 500 yard gun!
I spent a lot of time developing this reticle. I actually fully design them.I chrono, run data and confirm on my charts and on the field. Know when you buy an ACSS scope the BDC is dead on!

does anyone know if the bp-02 from kalinka or the MI side rail mount would be a good substitution for the RS regulate mount? i really like the RS but between the mount and red dot adapter id be cutting into my red dot budget

also does anyone know what red dots come with lifetime warranties? im looking at the vortex because of their lifetime warranty but havent heard too much about them

Of that I have no doubt. If is a great reticle and I look forward to buying one or three lol.
I've just never cared for variable sights. The 2.5 power sounds perfect though.

The 2.5 is very very fast!!

If your going to spend the $ Midwest Industry's makes a great low 30mm rail like in the pic on my AK. If your looking for something cheap but will hold zero and work great I like the UTG QR
