                No.
                I have not seen one sold retail in years.
                They go for about 200-350 now adays...

                Hell a round 91/30 out the door after fees is about 160 now adays and a hex out the door is about 200

                    Yeah I am not going to modify the M38 I might pick up the long barrel version for hunting/Target purposes. I want to be able to mount a Mil/ Mil scope and bipod. If the rifle can hold 2 MOA I am in business!
