It will absolute co-witness with that set-up (meaning that when you have the proper sight picture through your irons you'll be looking through the center of the EOTech window and the center dot will sit on the tip of the front sight post).
I prefer a bottom third co-witness (difference here is you're looking through the bottom 1/3 of the window instead of the middle). It keeps the front sight post from obscuring the view when you're going without the rear sight up.
