Need a hand identifying this AR handguard/rail

Hey all, I'm having difficulty remember what brand this rail is.

What I know:
13" length
Full length top rail
Cut down sides and bottom of rail
Free floating
Not made by any of the normal suspects (UTG, Bowden, etc).

Thoughts?

Parallax Tactical originally made/sold the FFSSR rail. They then closed their store and became a OEM and made them for PSA and a few other companies, BKF has stock on the latest Gen3 FFSSR rails.
