    hakko 4x21- ar15 scope

I bought two of these from CDNN and I already tested the first one on my bushmaster. The lever that locks it on your carry handle does not do a great job so you need to get a regular nut from a hardware store and a lock washer for it to hold. I can find out the thread pitch for you if you don't have a thread pitch tool.Overall, I find this scope better than the cool Aimpoints if you don't mind the outdated look of this scope on your rifle. It held pretty good on my AR15 300 rnds of 62 grainer reloads and it stayed zero. The only drawback on this one is that if you put it on your rifle it better stay there for good co'z you will end up zeroing each time you put it back...Buy them while they still have it in stock. It has gone down now from $199.00 to $169.00 I think.

      hakko 4x21-ar15 scope

The reticle on this one is neat like the EUROPEAN but they do not cross on the center,it has a dot in the middle w/c also illuminates when turned on.Glass is bright for my standard , Clicks on this scope is kinda like the clicks on a tasco PDP II RED DOT and the Illumination on day time has to be set on the last three high settings but when its getting dark 3rd setting will do....

You can solve that by bedding the scope to the carry handle:

Good am/pm to you.Do happen to have a picture of it??I saw one sometime ago but could not remember what site was it on.THANKS A LOT.....

I was not paying attention! I saw those pictures now. How much bedding do you put on and would you still be able to use your open sights if you remove the scope??THANKS FOR THE SECOND TIME....

Does anyone know what the BDC is calibrated for? Wondering if its for 20" or 16" rifles. Also, is it M855?

The bdc on it was not specified on the box but I'm pretty sure that it was designed for 55 grains. It's for a 20" barrel (box specify-AR15/M16) My "hakko" is on my 14.5" upper.I hope that I answered your questions correctly.Good day.....

Thanks for the info! Now all I have to do is find an inexpensive 20" upper and I'm set...

I got it today but the mount sucks so I'm just going to use a nylock nut.

2 washers in between the throw lever and the sight is snugged in. It holds zero fine now.

When you detach and reattach, does your POI shift?
