Okay, after harassing number of calls and dial by directory searching, I got ahold of a man with the plan. Somehow dialed right and got the VP of commercial sales. After telling him my story and the fact that I couldnt get ahold of anyone, he told me that they have been really busy with moving around of people within the company and that he would personally take care of my issue. He couldnt promise that Aimpoint would replace because stripped holes is user fault but he said the 9 cases he has personally seen they did replace with a brand new unit because they do not retap screw holes.
So i have fingers crossed and hoping for the best. Only sucky part is that the lead time is 3-4 months because they have to send it overseas to the HQ.
