Primary Arms micro dot

Submitted my order Sunday night and received my Gen1 micro dot yesterday so Kudo for their fast shipping.

This is my first experience with a holography sight so please forgive me for these noobie questions.
1) Do you sight in the red dot as you do with a normal scope?
2) What is the function of the "Up" & "R" adjustment screws?

Thanks for the review. I actually just ordered a Gen3 yesterday. For much the same reason, looking for an inexpensive way to test whether I like the style or not. If I like it, will prolly upgrade to an aimpoint for my rifle and use the PA on my pistol.

2) What is the function of the "Up" & "R" adjustment screws? Those are your windage and elevation adjustments to zero the dot to your rifle
