Did you get to shoot it?

How has it worked so far?

How many rounds have you shot with this Optic?

Didn't get to shoot it today Hopefully next weekend I'll get the chance and I'll let you all know how she does.

They are made in Germany renamed from Leica, just kidding
The Vortex RDS is made in China. It's not a bad product. Okay, it's not a French Aimpoint nor an American Eotech, but it will hold zero. Compare to most Aimpoints and EoTechs, you can use the extra money for a pair of Troy BUIS and an American Defense throw lever mount for your AR15 rifle.

So far, I shot 100 rounds with it and so far so good. Only complain is the provided mount and X2 magnifier. Don't expect the factory 30mm high mount to return zero when remove nor awesome optics on the X2 magnification adapter. But you got to give Vortex credit for trying.

Midwayusa.com is carrying them and they have a discount promo code until 10/31/10. Which means, you get the Vortex RDS for $135. Or if Opticsplanet.com still have their promo code, "ThankYou", you'll get 15% with free shipping.
