              I see…

              Adm
              Geissele
              Badger
              Bobro
              Spuhr
              Larue
              Sig (has the mil contract)
              Nightforce
              Vortex

Start with those and see which fit your needs best.

I recently got a scalarworks and really like it. I’ve had adm, Larue, Bobro, Geissele and badger. Badger or the scalarworks would be my top two that I like.

Thank you guys. Brand is what I was really looking for. The guy at Schmidt bender liked spuhr. I have a couple emails out to see exactly what to get. Thank you!

Ive used the Night Force Ultra Light mount with great results. The return to zero is excellent if you ever remove it. It does have hex nuts, but with witness marks and/or a torque wrench rezeroing is not a problem.

This is basically a non-factor when selecting a scope mount.

Head height / cheek weld and scope body clearance are the main factors.

I use a Scalarworks Leap with a Vortex Gen 3 1-10 on my Scar 17 and enjoy the 1.93 height.
