Holosun 510c red dot or green dot?

Have the 510c in green on my AR, by far my favorite red/green dot optic. If it wasn't going to cost a bunch I would consider swapping all my red dots to a green equivalent.

I went with red because I assumed that green would have only a fraction of the battery life since that is how the Trijicon MRO is.

Holosun claims the same battery life for both. Though they both have solar panels, but battery life on these things are claimed to be 50k hours. If you swap every year or 2, and not run full brightness with no shake wake, the battery life is not an issue.

The only difference apart from the color is the 10% the green typically cost extra.

For me green can get lost in bushes, trees, etc so I choose red.

I never loved green on my one acog that was green. Red works for my brain best but gotta see what works for you.

Have had red dots and recently tried the green dot on 2 different sights. Although the green was easier on the eyes, it's quicker for me to pick up the red dot. YMMV
