Need help with scope ring sizing

...I guess I’ll have time to look for some lapping tools I guess. Is there any cheap way of doing that without buying A hole lapping set?

Perhaps one of the guys here will trade a lapping job for a six pack and burger.

Alternatively, you could take your rifle, scope and rings to a smith who could do it for you. It doesn't take long to do, so likely would not cost too much.

Lol. I would be up for that if there are any takers. I’m in Temecula. Burger and what ever 6 pack of beer you prefer, as long as I get at least 1. Or if it’s just draft beer , I’ll make it a 12 pack.
