Reviving an old thread to add to the broken battery door stats. Found my TLR-1s door broken on a shotgun in the safe. It has not been fired in 2 years - Purchased in 2011 - estimate of 500 bird shot, 250 3" slugs and 250 3" 00 buck with it mounted. Put in a service request today. Hopefully, they will send me the redesigned door for free.

I barely took my G34 with TLR-1 HL out a few times about 100 rounds each and on the 5th the battery door cracked open. I was going to take it for a loss regretting not paying more for a Surefire, but seeing your post reminded me about their lifetime warranty, will give that a shot.
