That's certainly good advice, Scotty. My initial load I'll be working with is CBC/Magtech .556, 62 gr, non-magnetic. It generally gets good reviews, and I can shoot it anywhere.

I'm not so sure that CBC is really match-grade stuff. Sorry I don't have any better specific brand ammo recommendations because I roll my own, but I would lean towards 68 grain or 75/77 grain ammo because the projectiles they use are better.---------------------

It would be a little tricky to recommend a bullet weight w/o knowing the barrel the OP was using.

I'm certainly open to suggestions for sighting and scope testing purposes. The barrel is Odin Works, .223 Wilde chambering for flexibility, 18", 1-8 twist.I wish today's liberals could understand: You cannot be generous by giving away other peoples' money and you cannot demonstrate your virtue by your willingness to give up other peoples' rights.

Problem solved. A chat with and Osprey tech indicated that the cross pin with the flat side could be tapped out and rotated, so I aligned the end of the nut with the end of the threaded cross pin and tapped it out with a soft faced hammer, and rotated it so now both pins will engage the rail slots.I wish today's liberals could understand: You cannot be generous by giving away other peoples' money and you cannot demonstrate your virtue by your willingness to give up other peoples' rights.
