What exactly is your goal here, and have you ever shot with a typical 2 MOA dot?

I may be mistaken, but you seem to be very confused about terms.

The RMR is a reflex sight. That's what the "R" stands for. So is the vortex venom, the sig romeo 1, and as far as I know all reputable "low profile" red dot sights.

Eotechs are not reflex sights, although they are used in mostly the same way for mostly the same purposes.

yes i have shot with a 2 moa dot sight and i know the difference is very minimal between the two. honestly just want to be unnecessarily picky about my next red dot and want the smallest dot possible

You're looking for something that doesn't make a whole lot of sense, so there's not a lot of options on the market. You've already identified the available options from the well known/respected brands.

To restate the obvious: if one needs that much precision, they get a magnified optic, if they want something faster and "plenty accurate enough" from 0-100 yards, they get a 2moa red dot.

Go with the RMR if you demand a 1moa red dot and don't want a holo.

                          Wow, that's an impressive sight.
I'd love to know how you like it after some usage.

                          Regards,
                          Mike

There are two holographic sights makers on the market, Eotech and Vortex.

Don't know if anyone actually has a Vortex Huey on hand. I've been waiting on mine for 7 months.

Both makers have 1 Moa center dots.

I don't think the Vortex Huey is out yet.

I used a 1 MOA red dot before, I think it was Mepro, but the dot was way too small for any kind of fast paced shooting. I had to squint to find the dot. Heck, I use a 4 MOA sight for 15-100 yard shooting.
