I love my LT104's, I've got 3 of them. but they are all mounted on EBRs not a bolt gun.

my friends laugh at me when I mount a $250 scope in a $210 mount.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Great mount if you want it. I'd rather put the money into the glass and use a non QD mount. But if I were to buy a QD mount, it would be a Larue.

Bobro makes a superior QD mount, but for a bolt gun I'd stick with quality rings

After several negative interactions with Mark LaRue in arfcom I'd rather use duct tape to attach my scope then use one of his mounts.

Check out the Samson DMR, ADM/Vortex Recon, or Warne scope mounts from Optics Planet. They are just as good, Cheaper and you can use OP's 10% off forum code to save even more $.

            +1 ... I agree

Ill take the Bobro over the Larue mounts, I think its a better product.

I don't know why you would want a mount which is AR height and with so much forward cant. Its generally not needed. What type of setup are you running, are you working with a chassis where this might come in handy?

I also agree with using a solid set of rings. You might want to look at TPS and Seekins as a start.

Note that if detach / removal is something you need, you can still achieve a return to zero with regular rings, its just not tool-less, just use a torque wrench which you should have anyways for scope work. For convenience just add some whiteness marks to make it repeatable.
