    Best Value Red Dot Sight?

Looking for RDSs for my Buckmark as well as a flattop AR.

Not looking to spend a lot, but also not looking to throw money at something that goes out after one shot.

What is your experience/what say you?

      Primary Arms MD-ADS
Run abut $160, very rugged and awesome battery life.
Mine has been on for nearly a year without fail, and it's as bright as my aim points.

Best value, the non-advanced PA micro dot or TRS-25.

TRS25 all day. I have put it through some serious national 3 gun matches and it can be had for around $80.

Aimpoint hands down. Find an old comp m2 used, put a new battery in it and your good to go bro. Good luck.

I saw the RECOIL piece on it where they burned it, smashed it against a tree, and all sorts of **** and it still kept on trucking.

                I'm impressed.

You can get all kinds of inexpensive red dots. I have a BSA cheapo that I got for $50 bucks or so on my dedicated ar-22. And another reflex (can't remember the brand off the top of my head) that I got for <$80 bucks that I use on a buckmark. Both work just fine and I have had zero problems with them. If I was concerned about recoil, or wanted more reticle options, I would choose better, more expensive models but for a .22, you don't have to spend a lot of money.
