300 Blackout scope

Hello out there. I was wanting to buy the Windham Weaponry 300 Blackout Rifle. So having picked out the rifle I want, I am having a hard time picking out a good scope that would be good for the AAC 300 Blackout round. I was hoping someone else out there might have some experience with an AR15 chambered in that caliber. The Windham Weaponry 300 Blackout Rifle has a 16 inch barrel if that matters to the scope. I like the 1-6x scope you have featured there as opposed to the fixed power scope. I tried to find the review by Mrgunsngear but couldn't locate it. Can you provide a link? Thank you.

OH OK then that is why I couldn't find it. I like his reviews and needless to say I am a subscriber to his channel. You should erase/delete that part from your post if you don't want it shared though. I'm not the only one who can see it.

I have been watching other people's reviews on it and I believe I'll try one of those. Your website has it out of stock still, but I believe you said it will be coming next month right? Will it be a new GEN, or just restocking the old GEN?

They should hit our warehouse tomorrow. They still have to go through QC so it might be early next week before they are available. It is a totally new design from the older 300BO scope. It is closer in design to our current proven 1-6X 5.56 design.

It is a totally new design from the older 300BO scope. It is closer in design to our current proven 1-6X 5.56 design.

Looking forward to seeing some reviews on these. I hope you made a lot, as I think they will fly off they shelves.

I have an 7.62x39 AR that might be a good match for this optic.

I want to raise the flag that any BDC reticle is designed for a specific velocity. So, maybe it works for the 150gr load, but it wouldn't work for the 110gr or 220gr load. So, I'd say it depends on what ammo your going to shoot. If you want to use the full range, I'd just go with the red dot sight with a magnifier setup. A Leupold 2-7 or a Burris 1-4 would work good.
