Just buy a brand new 512. I've bought the 556 and 557 for different rifles, but unless you are running NV you don't need or use any of the extra features. The base model is just fine.

Reported to who? It's a craigslist ad. Flag it and they'll just post another, and another, nevermind the thousands of ads on ebay, and hell even amazon.

Look at how reflective the glass is, that is a dead giveaway IMO.... also look at the reticle, its an LED for sure.. real eotech reticles look like a bunch of individual dots making up the reticle, because it is lol.
