I can only say after buying a couple weapon lights for work I decided I didnt want to spend that kind of money on my home guns. I wasted $20 multiple times on crappy chinese lights that get super hot and just shut down. Buy once cry once is proven yet again.

Personally I'm a huge fan of the primary arms' 2.5x optic for a good budget choice. I use one for work, its fast like a red dot and works well at longer range too. They run ~$200, but you can find em used for pretty good prices and it hasnt broken and its taken some solid hits.
Buying a safe and sane firework is like paying a hooker for a hug. I do not see the appeal in it.

Too be honest, I'm not a red dot guy. I run irons on all my rifles. I had Vortex and Primary Arms stuff but sold them all. That's why I really don't want to spend 100 plus cause I'll probably just go back to irons. That's why 37 bucks seemed ok.

Guess I'll have to rethink this. By the way I found an online store, legit, that sells brand new Eotech 512 for 377 shipped.
Then WHY are you shopping got a RDS/Eotech (real or fake)

If you just want to play dress up go borrow one from a friend, take pictures, throw it on the forums, and use something you want to shoot with.

I also +1 the comments about throwing away $37 because its only a matter of time till it ends up on a trash can.

^it's not for dress up. I don't post pics of my guns on forums. They all were lost in a boating accident anyways.

I was just asking for some personal experience.

Only a fake EOTech? Why not consider a FACOG, or one of those cheap Chinese red dots that looks like an AimPoint? It's all the same crap, just a different external housing to make it appear to be a clone of the real optic. You will get exactly what you pay for. Don't buy cheap Chinese crap. Just use the irons and you will be far better off.

You probably confused everyone. You prefer iron sight and don't like red dot, that's why you want to buy a cheap piece of crap so that you can hate it even more?

Ok jokes aside, I would save the money if I were you. Otherwise you'll be just throwing away money. Perhaps consider saving up for one of those 1-4x or 1-6x scope instead? These scope will bring additional capability to your iron sights.

The difference between $37 and $100 is pretty meaningless when compared to the cost of the ammo you're running through your rifle. Unless of course your vector is a 22lr.

Expect it to be worth $37 or less in quality.

Problem is, a Fake Eotech is still just a red dot. They use LED's and not lasers with legit holograph technology. They're nothing more than reflex sights, and bad ones at that.

There's not a cloned eotech out there that replicates or uses the technology that the real eotech's use.....it's just an external shell shaped like a real one.

Speaking as someone who has learned the same lesson you are about to learn the hard way.....that is, if you go through with this purchase......I can definitively say that you should not skimp out on optics. I used to buy clones hoping it would suffice. I was wrong every time. They sucked! They had bad quality, they wouldn't stay zero'ed, they fell apart, horrible QC, they had terrible glass, etc. I've bought clone magnifiers, cloned acog, cloned red dots, cloned mounts....you name it.

I finally learned my lesson and learned to Buy Once, Cry Once. And I haven't looked back since. I saved up and have bought a Vortex Razor, a real TA31 ACOG, a real Eotech EXPS 3.0, and legit mounting accessories. I don't have bad glass, reliability problems, zeroing issues, or problems at the range anymore.

You do what you want, but you'll be wasting your $37 that could have gone to something worthwhile.....something that's at least resellable to where you can practically get all your money back.

20 bucks more and you could get the trs 25 by bushnell. Low profile for a vector.
