i would call and make sure it has anchoring holes cuz it only weighs 300lbs. you may also want to look at a used or dent and scratch safe. you could get more bang for your buck on a used safe and itll be just as secure. you might also be able to get a safe with more fire protection if you went the used/dent and scratch route.
