At 70 pounds its a gun LOCKER or Gun cabinet; bettet than Nothing IMo but dont let it lead to a false sense of security. Bolt her down if ya' get her in some really difficult spot to get at (like a closet) and bolt to studs, not drywall.
But that price, its cheap relative peace of mind..........I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered....
