lights with adjustable setback?

i tried an olight baldr mini which has the fantastic feature of having the fore/aft adjustment independent of the rail mount. it's short for my full size so ordered a baldr pro assuming olights all had the same mount but this lacks the fore/aft adjustment. is there a full size light with adjustable setback?

I'm not understanding the benefit.

Possibly so it doesn't get burnt powder residue on the light bezel, it's not good for IG pics.
