So what should I bring? K31, M39, M48, M1 Garand, M44, 91/30, SKS, Turk Mauser, 1952 Model 1894, Enfield No4 MK1, No5 MK1? I don't have any really unusual rifles like a MAS or Carcano. Do people bring C&R pistols or mainly just rifles?

Bring whatever you enjoy there will always be repeat visits to bring the rest of your horde. The pistol line is separate from the rifle line, and yes quite a few bring pistols. I'll be bringing a few pistols next time, along with my two snipers, K11, SVT40 and M38 (or maybe an M91 with a bayonet?) for the volley.

        To answer your question though:
        Everyone loves Garands
No5 Mk1 is fun to pulverize shoulders
Swiss rifles were a little scarce the last time I was there, so were lever guns
Bring a Mosin (or all of them) for the volley
        Everything and anything is encouraged.

Got an absolute TON of .308 to do, and I think i'll load up some carcano or jap stuff too. Sounds pretty ambitious though, we'll see. Get on it and whip up a little -06 so you can take out your garand and play.
          I'd bring my hunting rifle

81turbota, I brought my Swiss K-31 out but somebody decided work was more important . I will bring it out again next time and also a bayonet.

Capybara, bring your favorite Mosin so you can join in the volley, and also whatever you feel like shooting.

I'll bring at least one type of MAS.

I brought C&R pistols, but that area is some distance away from where we were shooting and by the time I got down there there there was only Beetle left. We shot pistols with stocks on `em!

i will be glad to do the honors with the volley fire next time.
I can't shoot my Mosin worth a damn but my son figured it out with Kentucky windage and hit my steel plate pretty consistently.
Does anyone have a Mosin sight pusher they would care to share at the next shoot?

I have a MAS 36/51 and a 49/56 in .308 as well. I'll bring a bit of 6.5 carcano handloads, but they ain't great. Will be loading up some more 7.35 though, which IS a great load. Weird how different these two cartridges behave.
