No matter how you buy a gun in CA you are paying the CA DOJ. And yes, I fill out my BOF4100A upon returning. Still cheaper than a lot of places charge for a transfer, and no 10 day wait.

You forgot one step - gamble in Reno!

I can't count all the on-line deals I've missed because I didn't have my COE!

And in MY opinion...hell no cr is worth it anymore in Kalifornia. You pay the jackboot thugs even more money to infringe on a civil right. Teh get possibly harassed when you "self register".

Many here don't care or just say.."its only one more small thing", or "you are playing into their hands of not buying guns". Well I am not paying them one more dollar. Go play sheeple supporter if you want- I'm tired of this constant attack and I am not a "diehard" collector. I have my fill and will spend my money helping to support lawsuits.

Down with CADOJ......no money for them , maybe the cant pay the bills and the lights get turned off. I know for sure it wont be my $15 they use to pay some lackey to harass one of you C&R buyers.
I'm having a hard time figuring out what you are trying to say... you are against having a C&R? If you're not paying them "one more dollar" then I guess you are trying to say you are done buying guns?

I've read your post a few times and it's making my head hurt.

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

          Down with car registration!
          Down with sales tax!
          Down with traffic lights!
I don't really care honestly. They already have my name social address and phone number finger prints. If they want to harass you they certainly aren't going to harass you over a 70 year old rifle.
And that was all before I got my Coe or c&r

I walked into a shop in So Cal, walked out same day with a C&R revolver and a long gun, no 10 day wait. A week later, got another C&R handgun - no 1 in 30 restriction.

My Fat Friend Chloe (FFLO3 + COE as per Bobby R.) is worth every penny I paid for her :-)

And don't forget that a few online vendors give discounts for FFL 03 holders. I've bought many handguns and rifles with my 03 & COE but I also shop at Brownell's a lot so the discount paid for my FFL fees.

Yes--- no more Collecting guns. Ammo yes. I have more then multiple life times worth, I know easy for me to say..plus hundred of millions more if they chose to fight that way. All of you have lots of guns....meaning more then 20. Good time to stop paying for tyranny. But collectors will keep on collecting...just like the hunters said.."Ban Sporting rifles we dont care"..then ban lead and wtf!!! Hey!

Divide and conquer works well against all , especially gun owners.

I must of missed where Cars/traffic lights/tax were civil rights.

Registration leads to confiscation (between that is harassment/fees/misdemeanors/felonies/hardships/fear).

Go ask that one CA Republican Attorney General.

We should ask the CADOJ to run a background check when you turn in your self registration on every purchase-

Maybe you have become a felon after you received your CR/COE.... It will only be another $25.... Its the safe thing to do.

How many in the CR world would say ok..or that is my final straw?

I fail to see how me stopping my hobby helps win the fight against the DOJ, you want to make a difference and see a change? go out an vote. get your neighbors to vote, get your relatives to vote, get your friends to vote. go out yourselves and vote. thatll fix more problems with the government than simply refusing to pay a fee, when you yourself do nothing to incur that fee. hell you would do more if you bought guns and then did not register them. thatll show the big bad government.

owning property is a right, why should you have to pay yearly taxes on it? why should you have to pay a fine, that a government imposes if you decided to safely exceed the speed limit? why should you have to be FORCED to pay a fee on the money you EARN every day? money and property are also rights that everyone is entitled to. do you pay taxes on your property? why? all they will do is make you pay more if you buy another house.

I don't think it would be an issue since ive done like 4 different live scans this year which include me being issued a CCW(are you against that too?)

So you are ok doing background checks on all cr purchase s at time of purchase.
                            Great.

Am i against ccw...why yes I am. We should not have to beg and pay for the right to defend ourself .

You want to get into the meaning of "shall not be infringed"?

Im already paying jackboot s for my "right" to carry in Sac County for 4 years now.

At least i stopped supporting them with cr registration fees. I send that money to political/legal defenders now.
