    As a side note: I'm annoyed by the fact that the Argentinian Mausers are 7.65 while all the other Lat-Am Mausers are 7mm.
    7.65 versions were also used by other countries such as Paraguay, Bolivia, and Peru as examples. And Latin American Mauser's come in many calibers. 7.65, 30-06, 7.62x51, 7x57 quickly come to mind. Chileans are much easier to find than Mexican version.

    I have a Chilean 1895 carbine. I only have 3 Mexicans as I'm not willing to get gouged, hard to find and condition issues when you do.

      Fascinating Eddie - I read that 3k Federales died in one day!

      Not a good scene -

      I've driven thru Guadalajara and noted that Tepatitlan is not to far away - Perhaps in the future I'll have a chance to drive thru and make a stop there -
