          Features and value vary greatly depending the year it was produced. The box and paperwork are a major plus factor there. My old boss inherited one a few years ago and I did a little research, he had one of the least valuable, most highly-produced, nothing special years and for the most part average price on a not-special year is 250-500 or so. I think you'd be spot-on at 800 with the box, that thing's in great shape compared to most I've seen. Hell, aim a little high. Don't remember the site but I'm sure you can find where to identify the year by serial number or features. Nice catch!

              Ive used brass as a scraper then copper solvent to remove brass, never tried nickel though.
