BTW...they accepted my on-line order with just my 03FFL on file, but I got an immediate email asking for my COE, too. So make sure you've got yours scanned and ready to email!

No 03 or COE here and I'm just fine with that. If I had that I'd be REALLY broke instead of just kinda broke. I got 2 gorgeous Russian SKS's for under 400 dollars so i'll get over not buying a Chinese one. Also don't feel bad about not being simultaneously extorted by the state and having all my C&R rifles registered with those commies. I'll probably get an 03 when I get to a free state, where it really feels worth it, just doesn't suit me here.

Dragging my heels on getting my COE has saved me from another purchase that would be ill-advised. I just keep having to remind myself that a new safe comes first. No new guns until I have somewhere to put them! I understand you're in a similar position Capy...and you don't have to tell me that I am in violation of the Rules of Acquisition. I know!
