I was taking mine apart and noticed the through bolt on the stock is staked. Is this pretty common? I was expecting to remove it to get to all the cosmo.

As to your bolt problem in SKS #2, I had a very similar issue with the one from my Royal Tiger "cracked stock" specials I bought last year.

I soaked it first in mineral spirits over night, then flushed with very hot water. Nothing doing, so I doused with Kroil and let it sit again over night, then flushed again with very hot water. That did the trick and I was able to take the bolt apart. Once I did, I used some 0000 steel wool and brushes to clean the channel and firing pin. It now works fine and have not had a issue with it since.
