Cleo for Santee Ca?

I moved to Santee from San Diego (a whole 20 miles) I'm filling out my 5300.38 change of address and I'm wondering if I have to send a copy to a Santee Cleo? I've been searching and Googleing, I called the sheriff station and they gave me a number to licensing. Anyone know? Maybe I don't need to send one, or maybe I should send a copy to the San Diego Cleo?

You do need to send a copy to the CLEO.

Who would come to your door if you dial 911?

Send it to the head of that department.

Santee is patrolled by San Diego Sheriff, so you would have to send it to Sheriff Gore.
