Wazzup Sarco, Numrich, Cheaper Than Dirt, et al?

Alright let's hear it! What's your C&R experience with Sarco, Numrich, Cheaper than Dirt, Sportsman's Guide, etc. Also please specify if you were ordering a complete C&R firearm, or parts, and when this experience happened (How long ago, because some have changed their attitude since they observed our activism against that last round of attempted tyranny back in October). Even better, recommend better businesses here that WILL treat us right in Kalifornia! Both for complete C&R firearms and those for old parts.

Cool. Now I just have to see if they have what I want in stock.
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I stopped ordering from Sarco when the stopped shipping C&R to California. They don't support us, so I don't support them.

Sarco, like Numrich will never again see a dime from me.
They're anti CA shipping perfectly legal C&R long guns to CA 03 FFL's with no basis but because its CA.
I have a saved email exchange with Numrich that'll make your head explode from their non factual anti CA reply. Sarco is the same way.

Yeah, I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with the guy from Sarco. His final response was "Well, maybe if you guys didn't elect stupid politicians, we would still be shipping to your state."

So basically, its your fault (and mine, apparently) that California gun laws suck.

I told him that I would spread the word to all Californians not to do business with his firm, until their policy has changed. So, there it is guys. Sarco sucks, and they don't want/need your money.

As for Numrich, I make it a point to berate them on FB every time they post something. The last time I did that, they replied that they were the parts division and that the firearms division was a separate entity. My reply was "Then maybe you should change your company's name because your firearms division is costing you money."

I have only purchased ammo or parts from Sarco and Sportsman's Guide and have had positive experiences.

For purchasing C&R guns I like: Classic, Aim Surplus, SOG, Century International Arms, CMP, J&G Sales and Centerfire Systems.

Due to a bad experience with Royal Tiger, I try to stay away from them.

I bought some parts form my winchester 69 rebuild from numrich a few months ago. Pretty quick shipping, and a decent price.

If you need some other stuff, try classic firearms and parts.
Original gun parts, collectible firearms, vintage guns, antique firearm parts. Rifles, pistols, knives, sights, scopes, mounts, holsters, clips, gun stocks.

Scott is a good guy and helped me out even after I screwed up what it was I needed!

Sarco = Never ordered anything from them mostly because their web site blows.

Numrich = Have not ordered any guns but have gotten lots of parts. They are the single reason I have been able to put a lot of old guns back in to service. Never had any problems and they ship fast.

Cheaper than Dirt = I will not do any business with CTD.

Sportsman's Guide = all most as bad as CTD. Have gotten some ammo from them.

it's really not their fault that California has retarded gun laws. with 49 other states to sell to, I wouldn't bother going to the extra trouble to keep up with what's legal here and what isn't. keep in mind that these people are in business, so while you may have plenty of time to shop around different sites and learn the ins and outs, these folks have businesses to run and not have to worry about the liability of sending the wrong thing to the wrong place. rather than having a full-time staff of lawyers to keep them up to date on what's legal in California that particular week, they just opt not to do it and cover their ***. it's not ignorance, but smart business. think about it...

                      CTD - NO

When they were selling a $11 box of 9mm pistol ammo for $69 because of the shortage, I wrote the slimebags and told them I would never shop there because they were blood sucking parasites.

Considering the CA population, and the popularity of shooting sports in CA despite asinine gun laws, it is pretty stupid business.

By "punishing" us, those vendors futher the agenda of gun grabbers. In the end, further restrict the gun rights of the CA residents beyond what is intended by the politicians.

So, NO! It's not ok to "punish" us...
