I have a Romanian TT33. The safety is not a problem at all. The gun has great workmanship. It's very polished and has really good lines. The trigger is a little rough but much better than my CZ52. The 52 feels like it has a 50 pound trigger pull. Shoots the same round. The site radius is good. It breaks down really easy for cleaning. Getting it back together is a little tricky. I read up on the different types and settled on the Romanian. I liked the look compared to the Polish and Yugo ones. Under $300 is a good price.

How much was it at the store?

Hey sorry forgot to check on my thread. I'd say it was roughly 400, maybe 20 bucks +/- however I didn't ask what country it was made in. Seems like an important detail....Russian soviet guns seem like they always sell for more, where as their variants from other countries often times seem a little cheaper.
