From what I read, next year it will be 1 in 30 for all firearms. So if I have a COE and C&R, does that exemption even exist anymore or does it apply to longguns too? Are the days of buying a crate of mosins or a few extra rifles to pick though numbered.

The only thing I am sure of is that after Jan 1st people will still be posting up questions about things they read on the internet without posting links to where they read it.
