All beauties but that SVT40 is exceptional. Love your M39 too, that is next on my list.

          Swedish Mausers

Finnish M28 and M28/76. I also have a couple of M39's but no pictures.

          Revolvers are not pistols

pistol nouna handgun whose chamber is integral with the barrel
Calling a revolver a "pistol" is like calling a magazine a "clip", calling a shotgun a rifle, or a calling a man a woman.

I like that Finn target rifle...ever shoot it for groups? I bet that thing can be sub-MOA with the right ammo!

I shot it once, in a club competition. I even handloaded special 7.52x53R - yes, 53R, not 54R - ammo for it. That is the ammo the rifle is designed to shoot.

At first it grouped horribly so the other guys helped me figure out the problem: the action screws weren't tight. So I tightened them and it shot much better. I'm sure I can't shoot up to the capability of the rifle.

If the receiver on your M28-76 had a D166 it was dialed in/designed for the Lapua D166 projectile just like your Lapua bullets on the pic. My M28-76 has the D166.

Here are couple of pics of mine:

I had totally forgotten one of my Scandinavian firearms in my initial post - a Norwegian-captured Kar 98K in .30-06:

Good Scandinavian firearms, all! Seems like they're not just good at making inexpensive, single-use furniture!

                        M28/76...left hand...with scope mount...and the receiver's an antique!

You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
                        Come on...what harm??

Syntax, I'm VERY jealous of that Norwegian krag, as my family comes from Finnoy Norway, and would love to have a Norwegian krag!

Do those Krag's have barrel jackets?
