i think my AR 500 target is 14 inches. it is 3/8 thick. it held up to everything we threw at it, 7.62-54r does not even scratch it. so it will be available .I think it will hold up ARMISTICE HA HA. as the song says hit me with your best shot, fire away.

been working on my target frame for the upcoming shoot to make one bullet [aint that the truth ] proof.
dang i bought a cool bracket at the gun show 45 bucks, i got 109 in miscelaneous supplies from Lowes and 50 in my AR 500 steel target. for that much i could have bought a on sale Big 5 Mosin and 1/2 spam can of ammo.
maybe we can have a 22lr class for my target . just kidding .

I've got a gate section from a pipe corral you guys can have for a target frame if you like.
You'd need to set some larger pipe 'sockets' into the ground to stand it up and some chain to hang targets from too.

Took a co-worker to shoot the 500M pad a few Tuesday's ago and we had a blast. I'm proud to say I hit my 12" square steel plate with both the K31 and M1A with iron sights. M1A was easier with the peep sight.

As it got closer to noon, the angle of the sun changed and I could no longer see the plates with my naked eye. Sort of a bummer, so we went back to the scoped rifles.

I may attend and bring some old toys.

Someone was there a few weekends ago with a tripod mounted Browning just like the one above. They must have fired 500+ rounds that day. They just kept going and going and going. Pretty cool to see.
