CLEO does not require live scan. That is only for COE app. 03 ffl does not require fingerprints I know because I sent with mine on accident."Si Vis Pacem Parabellum"

Yes, thanks. Exactly, for the COE I did the Live Scan at my local P.D. which is home to my CLEO. Easy as pie. Sorry for not being clearer on that.
BTW, everyone with a C&R FFL should consider the COE. Exemption to the 1/30 day handgun rule makes for less wasted time and gas as well as the exemption to the 10 day wait for C&R guns.Last edited by beemaze; 05-20-2010, 5:56 PM.

Sent out COE app. on May 18th, COE issued June 2nd. About two weeks! Now awaiting the C&R license. I'm guessing 4 weeks plus or minus.
