I am in the Far East Bay (I live on Bethel Island) I know I could find it for $50-$75 if I drive in toMartinez but it still bugs me to pay that fee on stuff like this - it would be one thing if the fees were reasonable like a PPT but dealer transfers are out of line - I know they have to make a buck but come on - I buy a lot from my local place - if they had the guns I want at a good price I would buy but they never do -Comment

Bethel Island is awesome! Since it's the delta maybe there is an FFL in Rio Vista or Stockton? I know air miles not far, but delta roads might make it that way. lol. Not worth driving far since the cost of fuel would kill any savings.

Guessing you are referring to the development where they trucked in thousands of loads to build up levees - then paid millions to breech the levee and create waterfront lots - it went BK never poure a single foundation - I heard the cost was up to about 600k per lot right when the market tanked - no way were they going to 7 figures on places out here -
It is a great place to raise a family - duck hunting is good - fishing is good - neighbors are non existent - all is well

Ordered one, thank you to the original poster. Been wanting one for awhile but I'm too lazy to go through the cmp process. What's the general consensus about rebarreling to .308? Given this is a mix and match it's not like it would be corrupting an heirloom but at the same time I would feel a bit bad tampering with it, regardless of valueComment
